Most U-Haul places are dumps, but this place was fantastic. Great customer service - very friendly. The gentleman actually told be to get less blankets and saved me money. This place was slightly further than the closest U-Haul location to my old house, but I'd do the extra drive to pick up here in the future.

⭐☆☆☆☆ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!! I used to love coming to EZmissions for emissions testing and hand car washes, but my recent U-Haul experience completely changed my opinion. I rented a U-Haul and called ahead to confirm I could return it the same day. I was told they closed at 7:00 PM sharp. I arrived at 7:02 PM after filling the gas tank and returning the vehicle before the 24-hour rental period ended. Unfortunately, my phone had died, so I couldn’t complete the app-based return process. While on my way, I called and asked if I could simply leave the truck and return the key in the drop box. I was told no—the return had to be completed through the app. Since my phone died after the call, I decided to leave the truck and bring the key back at open. The next morning at 7:00 AM before open hours listed, I received a call informing me I would be charged a $50 fee because the key wasn’t returned. I even went down the street after the phone call because I live nearby before they were even open to the public and they still insisted on the charge. The truck was parked out of the way next to other U-Hauls and one was even parked next to it after I dropped

Ive now used this place for U-haul and emissions and both times everything was so easy and the staff is friendly. They answer their phone too! And we all know that typically doesn't happen with U-haul lol. My emissions were done so fast too. Bonus tip, the Kroger 2 lights down has a tag kiosk, so you can have your tag sticker immediately after getting your emissions done :)

Upon my recent visit to Ezmissions, which is conveniently located at Uhaul moving, I observed that there were two inspectors on duty. One of the inspectors, a gentleman with a distinguished beard, appeared to handle the tests more efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient service; I was able to get my test completed in a very short amount of time. Additionally, I noticed a sign indicating that they also accept appointments, which I found to be a convenient option for any future visits.

Best place for an emissions test! The service is quick and the employees are amazing. You can be in and out in less than 10 minutes. They have a U-hual center in here. There is a carwash in the facility that works with them but is not affiliated with them. If you get an emissions test you get $5 off a carwash. You can get a $5 off coupon on their site.
